Exclusive Management Fees:

18 % of gross rents collected. From this AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS would take care of any and all advertising and all administrative costs. There are no set-up fees.

Non-Exclusive Management Fees:

20% of gross rents collected. From this AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS would take care of any and all advertising and all administrative costs.  There are no set-up fees.

AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS advertises both locally and out of state.

Additional Fees

Cleaning fees are paid by tenants in addition to their rents. With the exception of the owner or an owner booking in that case owners are responsible for the cleaning fees.  All damages or extra cleaning that might be caused by tenant would be paid from security deposits. Any damages in excess of security are the responsibility of the owner and not AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS.

AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS always inspects the units prior to check-in and after check-out. If there is any major damage done to a unit, it is documented by photos.

All bed taxes are paid by tenants in addition to their rent. AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS will do the accounting to the City for all bed taxes collected.

AZURE PACIFIC VACATION RENTALS is open seven days a week to serve you and the tenant and is on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies.  We can arrange for any and all repairs that need to be done to a unit as well as restocking items that are worn, broken or missing from a unit. If an item is broken or missing, we will handle charging the tenant for replacement. In most cases, the owner will be notified of any repairs done to the unit.
